Tibetan Parliamentary Delegation Commences Europe Tibet Advocacy in Paris

On 20 October 2024, Tibetan Parliamentary delegation consisting of MPs Geshe Ngaba Gangri, Tsering Yangchen, Tenzin Jigdal, and Thubten Gyatso from Europe began their Europe Tibet advocacy by meeting with teachers and students at the Tibetan weekend school in Paris.

Afterwards, they participated in a Sunday protest organised by the Students for Free Tibet (SFT) against the Guimet Museum’s replacing of “Tibet” with “Le Monde Himalayan”.

From 3 PM to 7 PM, they attended a public gathering and Q&A session organised by the France Tibetan Association, engaging with the public.

The MPs were accompanied by Representative Rigzin Choedon of the Office of Tibet (Brussels) and Paris Coordinator Thupten Tsering.
