The Bureau du Tibet issues supporting letters to Tibetans upon production of valid requisite documents.
Bona fide support letter
The required documents are as follows;
- Valid Green Book with up-to-date contribution
- Attestations from either Kathmandu or Dharamsala Reception Centers
Indian visa application supporting letter
The required documents are as follows;
- Valid Green Book with up to date payment
- Clear photocopy of the GB (1st 2 pages in case of old booklet and 1st page in case of new booklet) on A4 size paper with copy of the payment details up to date to be submitted to this Bureau beforehand for verification with Department of Finance (DOF)
Green Book translation :
- Green Book original of the applicant (for verification)
- Clear photocopy of the Green Book on A4 size paper (1st 2 pages in case of old booklet and 1st page in case of new booklet) with copy of the payment details up to date for verification with DOF
